Mobile Security

CYBR 310
Description: Mobile devices raise serious security issues as a result of their proliferation, small size, open architectures, rapid turnover, and the fact that the same device is often used for personal and business use. This course covers areas of information and network security that arise in the evolving world of mobile technology. The topics of study include mobile threats and risks, smartphone security, mobile Internet security, mobile location privacy, and securing ad hoc networks.

Prerequisite: NETW-210, CYBR-210.
