Financial Management II

Description: This is a second course in corporate finance. The course is designed to further students' knowledge of the concepts and techniques necessary to analyze and implement optimal investment and financing decisions. Topics include capital budgeting, capital structure decisions, cash management, and option theory. Students will work on cases and write memoranda explaining rationale and decisions.
Prerequisite: FIN-240 or ACC-341
