Description: A comprehensive study of investments and investment markets, giving a broad perspective from the viewpoint of the individual and institutional investor. Covers corporate securities, public securities, real-estate and mortgage investments, and the organization and operation of the principal securities markets. Students are required to establish a hypothetical investment portfolio and follow their investments.
