Legal Studies Field Internship
Students independently secure an internship at a law firm, agency or corporate legal department for a total commitment of at least 140 hours. Students will meet with the instructor each week to give progress reports on their work; discuss their role and any challenges; and work on various skills needed by legal advocates. The student submits written reports to the instructor at regular intervals. This course is to be taken during the student's final year in the program.
Prerequisite: 60 completed credits. LEG-340.
