Sports Psychology

PSY 350
Description: Students will study the interaction between psychological variables and performance in sports and physical activity. The course will explore such topics as personality and performance, competition and cooperation, exercise and fitness, and psychological development through exercise. Various mental training skills related to stress, motivation, goal-setting, leadership, and imagery will be covered.

Prerequisite: Complete 57 credits and SCI-115 or SCI-140. Take 3 credits from Subject PSY. Take 3 Credits from subject PSY, level 200.
