Multicultural Psychology

Description: A study of the psychological importance of cultural differences and similarities, this course will examine some of the ways in which human behavior and relating is conditioned by cultural membership. Included is a consideration of the contributions of the work of cross-cultural psychology to such areas as education, training in cultural awareness, assessments of various human characteristics, and issues related to migration and globalization.
