Introduction to Writing & Publishing

WRT 100
Description: Introduces students to different aspects of writing and publishing. Students learn about the different career paths available to writers through meeting, interviewing, and writing about a range of working writers. They are introduced to, and practice, multiple forms of writing, and begin to develop a sense of their own interests and preferences. They learn to collaborate with each other, and to practice workshop and revision skills.

Prerequisite: Course is open to Writing & Publishing majors and undeclared CCM majors only.
