Writing About Food

Description: Food is central to our economy, our family lives, our rituals of love and death, our beliefs about health and the world around us. In addition to helping students learn about food, food history, food makers and food processes, this course helps students develop interview skills, description and narrative, analysis, research and sensory self-awareness.
