Urban Indie Filmmaking

Description: In this course students will apply their training from the screenwriting and cinematography intensive workshops to their own film productions. Under the guidance of an experienced filmmaker and working in small collaborative groups, students will write, produce, shoot, and edit films using professional-level equipment and facilities at our Montreal campus. In addition to this, the class screens and analyzes a number of short films to provide a foundation for each student's filmmaking and its technical treatment.

Prerequisite: Permission to enroll in Summer Montreal Filmmaking Program required. Complete FLM-225.
