Introduction to Operating Systems and Incident Response

Description: In this course, students will learn the basic computer organization and the main functions of operating systems. The course will cover Processes, Threads, CPU Scheduling, Process Synchronization, Memory Management, Virtual Memory, and Disk Management. Students will also learn about best practices and techniques for responding to security incidents and the Incident response lifecycle.

Prerequisite: FOR-120 with C or better
