Business Policy/Strategic Management
MGT 460
Description: In this fourth-year course, students will apply business policies using a cross-functional perspective to strategically manage organizations. The student will learn to step out of a functional mindset to see the organization as a whole and will recognize why the different parts of a business need to be managed in strategic harmony for an organization to operate in a successfully. The student will apply the concepts and theories of strategic management in skill-building exercises, case studies and a semester project.
Prerequisite: Complete 90 and be a Stiller School of Business student.
