Description: This course will extend the knowledge obtained by a student in NET 250 (Windows Server Systems Administration). Many of the topics contained will be expanded upon in order to provide the student with skills necessary to manage a Windows-based server in a larger, more complex networking environment. This course will provide particular coverage of the Windows Server Active Directory, the AD hierarchy and security, and other features for managing and maintaining Windows domains, servers, objects, and users. Lectures will be accompanied with hands-on laboratory exercises.

Prerequisite: Complete NET-265 with a grade of C or better.
