Human Behavior: Person- In- Environment

Description: This course focuses on understanding human behavior from an ecological perspective. The basis of this perspective views an individual or family as constantly interacting with their environment, and thereby being influenced by and influencing their surroundings. Concepts such as social systems theory and human ecology will be introduced. Students will develop their own ecosystems map to apply these course concepts.

Prerequisite: Complete 40 credits before taking this course.
