Introduction to Broadcast Writing

Description: This course teaches the writing styles needed by journalists and media professionals. It stresses Associated Press style and the various types of story structures for radio, TV and web-based platforms. Students will apply their skills to creating content for audio and video mediums and will focus on news and feature writing formats.
