Programming for the Internet of Things

CSI 410
Description: This project-based course provides students an introduction to the development of Internet of Things devices. Students will gain hands-on experience programming embedded hardware, communicating across different platforms, and building control apps. Through student-led discussions and presentations, students learn about best practices in the IoT domain with regards to security, data collection, app frameworks, human-computer interaction models, and managing embedded resources.

Prerequisite: Complete CSI-275.
