The Art and Science of Leadership

Description: The course examines effective and ethical leadership in today's perpetually changing global environment. With a focus on personal skill development, students explore how to intervene as a leader - both formally and informally - to create positive change in organizational systems. Classic and contemporary leadership and change management theories will provide a framework for exploring this pervasive subject. Within this course, students will develop their own leadership skills culminating in the creation of a personal leadership development plan.

Prerequisite: Complete either MGT-210, INT-210 OR ENP-250
