Description: Utilizing an application-driven approach, students will learn and practice mathematical thinking and concepts through discussing, exploring and resolving current topics. Students will explore how mathematical skills can be utilized throughout both their personal and professional lives to better understand and possibly solve issues that surround them and that impact the world around them. Students will see a variety of topics including math for personal finance and an introduction to probability and statistics.
