Social Change: Advocacy and Leadership

Description: In this course, students will learn how to become agents for social change. The course will cover theories, philosophies, and concepts related to social change action. Students will examine the process of enacting change through various means, including community service, advocacy, political change and elective politics. In addition, students will practice strategies to create social change through a cumulative 30 hour semester-long social change project.
